Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Lead Pilot Global LLC (“Lead Pilot Global”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates leadpilotglobal.co and provides manual and batch skip tracing services to real estate professionals — investors, wholesalers, agents, brokers and property management companies — who use owner contact information for their own acquisition, disposition and marketing activities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to two groups:

  • Website visitors and prospective clients — people who visit our website, fill in a form, or contact us.
  • Individuals whose information appears in skip tracing results — property owners and other individuals whose contact details we locate on behalf of our clients.

Different sections apply to each group. Section 6 is written specifically for individuals in the second group.

2. Information we collect

From website visitors and clients:

  • Name, business name, email address and phone number that you submit through our contact or quote forms
  • Billing and transaction details needed to process payments (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us)
  • Communications you send us, including emails and messages
  • Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website

From clients, for processing:

  • Record files that clients upload for skip tracing, which typically contain property owner names, property addresses and mailing addresses

From third-party data sources:

  • Contact information such as telephone numbers, email addresses and current mailing addresses, obtained from licensed data vendors and publicly available records, in order to fulfil client requests

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, deliver and support our skip tracing services
  • Communicate with you about quotes, orders, invoices and support requests
  • Process payments and maintain accounting records
  • Operate, secure and improve our website and services
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful use of our services
  • Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use skip tracing data for our own marketing.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only the cookies necessary to keep the site functioning. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track visitors across other websites. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function correctly if you do.

5. When we share information

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, data vendors and similar vendors who process information on our behalf under contract
  • Our clients — skip tracing results are delivered to the client who requested them, for that client’s own real estate acquisition, disposition and marketing purposes
  • Legal requirements — where required by law, subpoena, court order or lawful government request, or to protect our rights, safety or property
  • Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, subject to this policy

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. Individuals appearing in skip tracing results

We are not a consumer reporting agency, and the information we provide is not a consumer report as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our services must not be used for decisions relating to credit, insurance, employment, housing eligibility or tenant screening.

If your information appears in data we have processed, you may:

  • Request to know what categories of information about you we hold
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information from our systems
  • Request that we add you to our internal suppression list, so your information is excluded from future results

To make a request, email support@leadpilotglobal.co with your full name, current address and, if possible, the property address involved. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and will respond within thirty (30) days. There is no charge for these requests.

Please note that much of the information we process originates from public records and third-party data sources. Removal from our systems does not remove your information from those original sources, which you would need to contact separately.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by contacting us at support@leadpilotglobal.co.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

8. Data retention

We retain client record files and delivered results for thirty (30) days after delivery, after which they are deleted from our active systems. We retain invoices, contracts and transaction records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Website enquiry data is retained for twenty-four (24) months.

9. Security

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including encrypted transmission, access controls limited to personnel who need access, and confidentiality obligations for all staff and contractors. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International processing

Lead Pilot Global LLC is registered in the United States. Some of our personnel and service providers are located outside the United States, and information may be processed in those locations under contractual protections requiring equivalent standards of confidentiality and security.

11. Children

Our services are for business use only and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
